On the nights around the full moon, Victoria Falls takes on an entirely different character. Moonlight passing through the falling spray creates a faint, ghostly rainbow known as a lunar rainbow — a rare phenomenon found in only a handful of places on earth. This after-dark tour takes you along the falls’ walking trails to witness the spectacle, offering a quieter, more atmospheric side of the falls than the usual daytime visit. Availability is limited to a few nights each month, so it’s worth planning around the lunar calendar in advance.
